Unorganized, completely disappointing behaviour! Words cannot describe what me and my flat mates have been through because of them and specifically Natasha Harrison which is the team leader of the property management. The property was old and in a very bad condition when we moved in. We did our best to make it livable. Now they are trying to take all of our deposit using proof which is fake. I'm really disappointed that I rent a flat under Foxtons agency. They DO NOT RESPECT ANYTHING NOT EVEN WHEN WE WERE LIVING IN THE PROPERTY..THEY TRIED MORE THAN 3 TIMES TO GET IN THE FLAT WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION WHILE WE WERE IN THE FLAT. I give them the first price because they know VERY WELL HOW TO DECEIVE PEOPLE!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
they are not capable to do anything!! the are the best in deceiving people!!!

I have been dealing with Eleanor Reeve as property manager in Chelsea - London area . Have had several maintenance issues and am now Withholding rental as Nothing gets done. Tired of being the scapegoat and absolutely agree with Richard's comments. Treated worse than an animal and fed up with just trying to repair a simple defective shower screen which fell on me twice when in the middle of showering because a piece of plastic snapped. As an agent - having worked at Foxtons in the past. It sounds like you got a bad landlord, not an agent. Landlords holding off on signing agreements to find better offers or a sales tenant is unfortunately fairly prevalent! The reason Foxtons takes your monies due and gets a signed agreement is that this is then binding and there is no going back - this is exactly because of what has happened to you, so your complaint is actually fairly contradictory. Bad: never reachable Bad: doesn't care for the situation you are in ( no empathy) Bad: has been appealed to fix the property ( has still not been fixed) Bad: Even if you ask him, you leave him mails and voicemails he will NOT call you back.
