I found the service i received from Acorn to range from good to bad.
Part of the reason i went with Acorn was because i was promised a \'guarenteed rent\' offer if i joined with them by a certain date, however i later discoved this was not the case and i did not receive this offer at all, seems i was just told this to make me sign with them,
Good points - When a problem has arised with my property the agent has quickly helped me resolve, they also seem to have a good relationship with the tenant.
Bad points - when the rent has been late they dont seem to want to know, i am the one who has noticed that it is late and i seemed to be the one doing all the chasing, i wouldn\'t expect this on a fully managed property.
Overall i would say 6-7 out of 10
