My dealings with Acorn span accross 10 years, I can honestly say with conviction that they have always been polite, professional and honest with all communications.
They also tend to move agents around on a regular basis, not sure if this is a good thing as one tends to build up a good relationship with your agent, however i can understand that sometimes this is a move up the step ladder.
My previous agent katie was excellent, however her replacement Amy Sands fills her shoes admirably.
Amy is professional, communicates by telephone and email when required, and has been extremely helpful in dealing with issue, or repairs that require attention at home.
Nothing is a problem for her, and she will go out of her way, and sometimes beyond her working hours to help where possible.
After reading all the bad remarks, i felt that i needed to put my point of view forward also.
