Even if you love the Property, Its probably just not worth it.

The staff are Lazy, Rude and ignore your requests over and over and over and over.....
I find myself constantly chasing these \'AGENTS\' when i need assistance in my property. They are TERRIBLE!

I have waited Months and Months for maintenance work and getting them to do anything is a total nightmare! after chasing them time and time and time again! I have come to a point where i email them 3 or 4 times with no response. They don\'t call you back if you leave a message and are frankly quite rude on the phone - no customer service skills!

MOVING IN WAS A NIGHTMARE - They didn\'t have keys cut, they tried to charge us extra to move the payment day, they hadn\'t done any of the work which was promised by the \'SALES\' team.. they will tell you anything to sign a contract then ignore you as soon after.

SERIOUSLY its not worth it - imagine having no running water for 6 weeks and a bed without a mattress for 8 Weeks - THIS IS HOW BAD THEY ARE!
What agent could do to change your mind?
they could Actually be an agent and assist with any Problems in the property! they are dreadful! NO HELP WHATSOEVER!! Getting them to do anything takes ages... YOU CAN TELL THEY LIE ALL DAY FOR A LIVING. Contradicting themselves 24/7.
