Upon leaving our property, we were charged £60 of our deposit to treat the bathroom ceiling with anti mould paint. This is something we had asked to be done by the landlord for the duration of our tenancy as there was no extraction in the bathroom.
Charging the tenant for this is absolutely ridiculous and 1let should be ashamed of themselves.
Also how does spreading a little grass seed and pulling a few weeds cost £200!?!
Absolute joke!
