Experience of other agents showed they didn't understand the basics of good customer service, communication and also over promised and under delivered. The house selling process is notoriously and unnecessarily complex, which makes it stressful and the lack of communication adds to this. Bradley's were true professionals from the presentation of the property, viewings and feedback from each visit. Through the sale process, they kept us informed and the pressure on the solicitors to keep it moving despite the difficulties presented.

Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman's Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers.
