Our transaction (buying and selling through this same branch) was probably the ultimate test of an agent, for its complexity and endless challenges! Yet as other reviews have mentioned, nothing was ever too much trouble.
Unlike so many other agents with high turnover of staff and clunky comms, their team has been together for a long time and is a well-oiled machine!
Robin did our valuation and frankly it was the best I've ever heard.
Cathy was our contact for pretty much everything else. We were continually impressed by her endless patience, ability/experience and professionalism (especially with some very trying negotiations)! Cathy was almost too efficient with communicating with us and everyone in the chain! That's not a complaint of course! We were just never left guessing, Cathy would always ring us to keep us in the loop, however late it meant her staying. Quite a stand-out experience all-around!
