Recently, I had a tenant leaving, work to be undertaken at the flat and a new tenant to be secured. Throughout this transition, Alan was consistently positive in his approach, timely in his execution and patient dealing with various challenges along the way. It appeared to me that Alan was 100% committed to providing the best service to me, as if I were his only client, when of course, I was not. I particularly appreciated Alan's positive solutions orientated approach that helped ensure all the moving parts kept moving forward, even as various challenges threatened to derail things.
