1let have been looking after my property since 2014, and I have had nothing but positive experiences throughout.

I live in London, and therefore can't manage the property myself. The 1let team give me regular updates and photos on how the property is doing, when tenants have problems I am contacted immediately and any issues have been solved directly through 1let. I trust them to arrange fairly costed and trustworthy maintenance of anything required in the flat, and have not had any problems that could not be fixed. I like to think that this also means the tenants feel well looked after and able to approach 1let with any issues they are having.

They also provide early notice from tenants who are moving on and immediately get searching for the next ones. I have had fantastic tenants and all the work has been done for me by the team. Not living in Edinburgh it gives me great peace of mind to know that such a capable team are taking care of my property and they really do make it superbly easy and with friendly communication.

Thanks to everyone at 1let, I continue to recommend you to others throughout Edinburgh as the best letting agency.

I think the fees are very reasonable, especially compared to others in the market and they are certainly worth it
