Terrible service from start to finish. Upon moving in to the flat there was a 5 minute check of the inventory by a sales girls in a rush to finish for the evening. She missed quite a few things which we recorded and sent in over first few weeks to inform them of damages/things missing as advised. When moving out, this list was mysteriously not in their file on the property and they with-held the deposit because of this. Thankfully for prospective tennants now deposits are held independently to stop rip-off companies like this exploiting people.

Except for deposit incident, the service was terrible throughout tenancy, the 24 hour emergency number is never answered and the contractors employed to carry out maintenence work are of sub-standard quality.

The 'so called' "charlies angels', are rude, lazy and unhelpfull. The only time I actually recieved good service was when I spoke to Mr Lamb himself who was very nice and helpfull. Its just a shame about his judgement of staff. Overall - Please be VERY carefull if you consider using these people!!!!
