Pembertons came highly recommended to us by friends and they have exceeded even those expectations! We let our house through them and they now manage it. It turned out not to be the easiest house to let, but Dan never lost interest (which is what often happens with some agents), remaining highly motivated and calling me frequently to let me know who had been there, what their feedback was and with his recommendations for next steps (pricing and open days). As well as being exceedingly pleasant to deal with, his advice was always practical and positive.
Belinda Souter dealt with the tenancy agreement and practical arrangements for the tenancy extremely efficiently, and again in a very practical and professional manner. The property is now tenanted and what issues there have been with the house have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and with the absolute minimum of intervention from us. The tenants are delighted and so are we.
I would highly recommend Pembertons both for property search and for property management to anyone, and particularly if you are abroad and need to know your property is in a very safe pair of hands.
