Had the misfortune of dealing with Aida in relation to a property I was helping my pensioner mother let on Shirland Road with my brother acting as a guarantor. We saw the property and decided to put down a holding deposit - our offer being accepted by the landlord. When my mother provided her bank card to pay the holding deposit, Aida rudely asked if there would be enough money on it, which is indicative of her total lack of manners and professionalism. We provided all necessary paperwork as requested and awaited confirmation of our move in date. Having continually brushed us off when we asked us to confirm out move in date, she informs us three days before my elderly pensioner mother was meant to move in that the property had gone to someone else. We were not really surprised as were already concerned with her lack of contact re. move in confirmation and because she had previously arranged for us to see a flat that had already had an asking price offer accepted (encouraging us to put in a higher offer if we liked it). So we had an idea that she was still showing prospective clients around properties that had already technically been taken off the market. So yeah super dodgy, untrustworthy, and generally unpleasant. Avoid!!
