I would recommend that you contact the correct Letting Agency describing your issues in writing, giving specific details including times and dates of your alleged attempts to report essential repairs, in order that your agent may resolve your issues in a timely manner.
In terms of the costs mentioned in your review, I can only assume that you are referring to the rent level, which in most cases is determined by your Landlord not your agent (giving reference to the location, size and condition of your property).
