Very ****** agency, way too expensive. Problems with the property have been reported million times, but still no fix at all. Prices keep raising. They take your money in a minute, but no help if needed.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Best Letting Agent in Wellingborough 
I would recommend that you contact the correct Letting Agency describing your issues in writing, giving specific details including times and dates of your alleged attempts to report essential repairs, in order that your agent may resolve your issues in a timely manner.
In terms of the costs mentioned in your review, I can only assume that you are referring to the rent level, which in most cases is determined by your Landlord not your agent (giving reference to the location, size and condition of your property).
Had you rented through Bill Wych & Co, you would have been aware of our simple and efficient maintenance procedure, which includes a 24 hour emergency mobile number, and on-line repair request notification, which leaves absolutely no scope for maintenance queries to be overlooked or dismissed, and certainly leaves no need for a tenant to report maintenance issues "a million times".
Finally, I wish you well in the future and can only hope that you have your issues resolved by your agent.
