Bill Wych and Co was recommended to me nearly 2 years ago as I had a property to sell and a property to let, I was very sceptical at first because I had previously only dealt with one letting agent and did not have a very good experience with them.
Moving forward to now i can 100% say that any doubts I had regarding estate / letting agents have gone as the professional service I have received on a letting and selling side have been made so easy with the way the all the staff made me feel at ease with any issues I had and nothing has been a problem.
I have just had the pleasure to work with Bill Wych and Co once more in the last 3 months in the sale of my home and from the first day to the final exchange all the staff have kept me up to date with every detail and made me feel as though I was actually a person and not just another customer who had a house to sell.
I would like to thank all staff and extend a special thanks to Paul as he has been my main source of contact since I first walked through the door and look forward to working alongside with you all in the future letting and selling.
In summary from my own personal experiences if you have a property to let or a property to sell then in my opinion Bill Wych will be all you need from start to finish.
