I interviewed 3 different Exeter-based estate agents and Robin Middleton was so much better and had greater integrity and local knowledge than the others. Robin, Cathy Nickels and Adam all contributed to effecting a smooth sale of my Exeter house. At times I felt that I was somewhat excluded from the process and communication with the prospective buyer, however I recognised that they are the professionals and have the sales experience. I was updated sufficiently via email, text and phone and was confident that Bradleys had my best interests at heart and wanted a fair transaction throughout the short process. I would highly recommend Bradleys to other purchasers/sellers.
Comment on agent fees
OK - I had considered trying to sell the house myself or placing it with a business such as 'Purple Bricks', as I like disruptive business that shake up existing business models, though in the end I didn't have the time to waste on a process about which I know little and care even less.
