I can simply describe our experience with Riverhomes as excellent and pain free. To describe the sale of our property via RH as smooth would be an understatement. If ever two people personified the positive role an estate agent can/should play in the sale of a property it was Philip and Sue. Philip demonstrated real knowledge of the area that we were selling in and what type of buyer is attracted to it. He also had in-depth knowledge of recent sales prices in our block and how our property measured up to them.
Choosing an estate agent is somewhat daunting but again Philip made this choice easy as he was able to clearly differentiate Riverhomes from their high street chain competition and articulate how he would specifically market/sell the property.
Having chosen to work with Riverhomes, they then worked extremely quickly to get our property photographed promptly and listed. As we had already had an offer on an onward purchase speed was of the essence and we went under offer within the first weekend of viewings.
Our experience with Sue, who handled the day-to-day process of progressing the sale was equally excellent as to that with Philip. We had no issues with the buyer or hiccups with the process as can happen. Communication was regular and prompt when required.

Comment on agent fees
Overall they were well worth their fees as they exceeded what we wanted to achieve in terms of sales price and achieved this in a very fast time. They were also willing to negotiate on rates and exclusivity period. You pay for what you get and here we got value.
