I always think it's really easy to tell when there are a bunch of fake reviews with similar themes......anyone who wishes to speak with me directly about my experience with Oneil as my letting agent are more than welcome to ask them for my contact details.
To summarise, they have been letting 2 of my properties now for over three years. In that time there have been a few changes of tenant, accidental damage, wear and tear issues and so on - in every case I've found them to be prompt, transparent and diligent in addressing each of the problems.
In terms of letting the property, they truly don't just fill the property with the first person they can - the vetting process is detailed and often leads to rejections, but even with that I have had almost no fallow time across the two properties during this time.
In terms of billing and invoicing, they have been very flexible and offered a customized solution that met my personal requirements.
Pop in and see them, have a chat, make your own mind up, don't listen to reviews that clearly have an agenda behind them.
