Recently sold our property through Helmores and right from the start they represented themselves in a very friendly, helpful & professional manner. James in particular as been extremely helpful and really on the ball with any issues between buyer and seller and was steps ahead of the solicitors all the way through the process enabling problems to be solved before they arose. Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
