From the first contact I had, arranging the viewing through to completion, I found everyone I spoke to at the office totally professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Cathy managed quite a tricky purchase with calm composure and kept my husband and I informed throughout the process. I know the vendors also appreciated Cathy's input and between us all the purchase went through smoothly and within our quite tight timescale that we had requested. Lauren was always on hand to speak to in Cathy's absence which was extremely helpful. All in all, we had a great experience with Bradley's from start to finish and I would highly recommend them.
