As a landlord I would strongly advise anyone considering a property as a buy to let source of investment not to touch anything that is factored by these crooks! They arent nicknamed Robb & Fiddle for nothing!
I own 2 properties in Helensburgh that they factor & I have to pay over a third to them out of my rental income over a year. Massively overpriced insurance & they are constantly looking for any unnecessary works to generate income!

Fees are reasonable but they sting you with insurance & constant search for unnecessary repairs

Never use this factor company. They charge too much money for a terrible service. Multiple people in our building have brought them to court for inflated bills and bad maintenance services. This company should not be in business, they are fraudsters....

What agent could do to change your mind?
The factor needs to remove present employees and employ competent people and then establish and implement a simple quality management system with objectives, vision and mission where the customer satisfaction is the main objective. (A 180 degree turnaround from present situation.)

What agent could do to change your mind?
In the instance of the first address, the agent, upon realising I was unhappy and found him unprofessional should have referred me to his manager instead of ignoring me. No-one at all has responded to any of my emails since I moved to my new address. A basic response or acknowledgement would have sufficed!
