Ross and Liddell factor where I stay. They rob us blind of £120 a year per house for approximately 35 houses to cut an area of grass that would cost approximately three pounds of petrol to do so. They do nothing else for the area at all. there is a play park half a mile from where we stay, surely I am not paying for that as well. Scam artists

What agent could do to change your mind?
The factor needs to remove present employees and employ competent people and then establish and implement a simple quality management system with objectives, vision and mission where the customer satisfaction is the main objective. (A 180 degree turnaround from present situation.)

What agent could do to change your mind?
In the instance of the first address, the agent, upon realising I was unhappy and found him unprofessional should have referred me to his manager instead of ignoring me. No-one at all has responded to any of my emails since I moved to my new address. A basic response or acknowledgement would have sufficed!
