We are first time buyers and I had a few people recommend Neal to me, so myself and my partner went to see him. The initial chat was really helpful, he showed us all the different types of products available to us (we only had 5% deposit) and we went away feeling really positive about what we could afford to buy.
When we found a property we went back to apply for a mortgage, the property has a Section 157 restriction so I don't think we would have got very far without his help and advice and choosing a good mortgage deal for us.
