do not rent apartment from this company, especially students, they will not give your deposit back, I give 750 pounds for deposits and they just don't give it back to me, not just me, all my friends lived there did not get their deposits back. when we contact them about this money, they tell us that we will get it next week, but we waited three weeks, they still told us to wait. DO NOT rent from this company, they are just rubbish!!!

Hi we lived in Parmars rented property for 7 years, we kept the flat in a good condition but when it came to giving back the deposit, they mentioned how In the contract it states that we need to paint the house every year, so we got a bill of £800, I've not paid it yet, so I just wanted to ask did you have a similar situation ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agents could have been more approachable, more understanding towards students, be more available. The new lady at the front desk was not approachable. The lady previous to her (Bhavna) was actually very helpful and would help us as much as she could with other issues such as maintenance problems. She would always push our messages towards the main man and at least try to give us reasonable responses with clear messages rather than being ignorant.

Too pricey for student living. They required over ‚£700 for deposit whereas other student lettings agents required a maximum of ‚£400. On top of that they would make us sign up for insurance for ‚£60 for which they never gave us any details or information.
