As prospective landlords we were initially impressed with 1Let when Ewan was happy to meet and talk us through the landlord/letting process prior to us looking for a property to purchase. 1LET were also able to offer advice when we were looking at possible property purchases. Once we had bought a flat, Ken's help and recommendations were invaluable in preparing the property for letting. 1LET were then able to get best market rate and had suitable tenants signed up within two weeks. All in all a professional yet friendly service resulting in a stress free experience. We would highly recommend 1LET to all landlords.
