When it came to sell my house in the UK (I am British but have lived and worked in Qatar for 4 years), I needed an estate agent that would communicate on a regular basis with updates. I had four estate agents value the house and some over priced it with extraordinary promises of quick sales and customers waiting. Bradleys came in with a realistic valuation, which wasn't the highest but aligned with another online valuation service which I had been tracking for 2 years. There were no extraordinary promises of a quick sale and the percentage cost of the sale was competitive.
Cathy Nickels was upfront and honest and explained the process in detail.
An offer came in within a week which I accepted and we never looked back from there. From initial contact to completion of sale was 10 weeks.
Cathy was professional throughout and kept me informed all the way. If you are looking for a professional service that does was it states on the tin, look no further. Thank you Bradleys and Cathy Nickels.
