Like most house sales ours did not go as smoothly as we would have liked. But both Cathy and Robin were both so helpful and very supportive. We had lots of viewings at times that suited us. I would deffinately recommend them.
Comment on agent fees
I think that every one thinks the fees are high. But with out them we wouldn't have sold our house, and we wouldn't have been able to buy the lovely house we are now in. You get what you pay for. They did work very hard to sale our house.
