Arrived on time for viewing (rental property) and the agent walked straight past us and unlocked the door. Did not introduce himself or show any practical knowlege of basic people skills. Very off putting. The house for renting is actually quite nice, but do not feel at all comfortable doing business with these people, and there are three one star reviews which confirm our experience
