Haven't returned the deposit. How can a tennant be responsible for damp when the problem is in the building? Shameful company.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Requires ‚£200 application fee for rental property, only half of which will be returned in the event of the application not being successful. Went home and threw the application papers in the bin.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent needs to not be abusive to tenants. Tenants deserve to be treated fairly and in a polite manner.
