My hair is actually falling out..i am not sleeping and crying due to the psycolgical form or pattern that this office practices..i am told i am dramatic or an invitation of trouble because I talk different or perhaps because of my past life or skin colour..im overwhelmed with the joint forces of one perception and the lack of diplomacy...i have been lied to consistently..and exploited for entertainment.."something for the office to laugh and talk about at the expense of my health..when I am told i will get a call from them or if i have money due to me by overpaying on my part lets say 50 pounds I have to keep reminding them to have it back..its not the landlord whom is kind I believe..its THE AGENTS..darren and genna and i believe the man with the floppy hair at the front desk seem to be nice people and i would stick to them.its all a misunderstanding of whats going on in my case..i long to sort this out and not be humiliated which they are carrying out to myself by giving personal opinions of my character due to a dispute that I believe I am right in..I would prefer for a more professional experience..for example "does she pay her rent and/or is anything damaged?"thats what matters here..not your personal testimonial.In turn however, things happen for a reason..in the end you become a happier person appreciate things more when everything is once again in flow..so. Its a lesson from experience and this one was..1)it will be nice to stay with my sons father and my son at the moment as that warmth and beautiful family support is needed..2)i will save and get an even nicer abode and ,3)i will appreciate a new post with a highly rewarding occupation...I remember once I walked into the office and my notice was sat in there for two weeks..even when I was stood there discussing another matter they forgot to mention it to me and a colleague had to stop me as I was walking out to present it to me..a straight disrespect i believe on their part!!!My landlord wants to sell on and this was just before Christmas!!They couldn't be bothered to perhaps let me know so that I could have that time to be less pressurised and make arrangements..I truely believe they are way off the task at hand and ide hope that no one has to endure what I had/have.
They owed me a fiver once but had no money in the actual office to give me my money..its the same with 50 pounds I am still due to this day

Arrived on time for viewing (rental property) and the agent walked straight past us and unlocked the door. Did not introduce himself or show any practical knowlege of basic people skills. Requires £200 application fee for rental property, only half of which will be returned in the event of the application not being successful. Went home and threw the application papers in the bin.

My parents have been renting a property from this agent for a number of years. Some of the needed repairs were handled well in the past, but recently dealing with Ian Thomas has become a nightmare. The Agent could have instructed repairs to be done and quite honestly he could have been more professional when speaking over the telephone
