Neither my wife nor I had bought or sold a property in decades. Bradleys made the process easy - almost pleasurable. Robin Middleton did a great job putting together the brochure and was happy to accept our suggested tweaks. The suggested price generated a lot of interest and we ended up getting substantially more than the asking price.
Best of all was Cathy - 'office manager' is too feeble a title; I would suggest 'Supreme Goddess'. While both our solicitors and the vendor's seemed to be dragging their feet, she chivvied them hard and - more importantly - kept us informed of progress at every stage.
Estate agents - like MPs and journalists - generally have a rotten reputation. They wouldn't if they were all like Bradleys.
