This is about poor customer service overall, about not attending to maintenance issues in time and above all not returning calls and providing updates.
My fridge has not been working for about 4 weeks now. I was told on 21st Sep. that an order has been made for a new fridge. I have not received any further updates. There has been no explanation of what is causing the delay. I called up the property management office earlier today, they took down my details and said they would call back. They did not have the courtesy to call back.
I dont have to say enough about how difficult it is to manage without a fridge, Most of the time you end up throwing the leftover food in the bin. I would have expected them to make a temporary arrangement.
I informed the property management team, they took more than a week to send a technician to assess the problem. I understand that they had to inform the owner and then arrange for the contractor. I would have expected the property management company to have the resources to deal with routine maintenance and assessment. They can go to the landlord for any major repairs / replacement. What is the value add being provide by the management company. This has caused inordinate delay.
When the property was let out, there were 2 bulbs in the bathroom that were not glowing. One does not expect to move into an apartment with existing faults. Despite reminders these have not been fixed yet.
I do not see a sincere effort or intention on their part to provide quality service.
