'1Let have been excellant in every respect, and I would highly recommend them. We had previously been using another letting agent but our property was proving difficult to let out. At the recommendation of our financial adviser, we moved over to 1Let, and we found Ken, Ewan and the staff could not have been more helpful and professional. We found the service was tailor made to our needs - for example they provided advice/management of redecoration and remedial work, and arranged temporary storage for furniture. Our beautiful property was then re-marketed unfurnished (something that we never have considered before) - but this has definitely been the best thing for us as 1Let managed to secure us good tenants very quickly after following their advice. This whole process would have been extremely challenging (in fact probably would not have happened) without 1Let's professionalism and support. So Job brilliantly done - and I would like to thank Ken, Ewan and everyone at 1Let.'
