The service from River Homes was excellent.
All queries were responded to promptly, and the check in service was the best I have experienced in my many years of renting in London. The property was professionally and immaculately cleaned and all we had to do was start moving in.
After moving into the property the communication and response times to queries has remained excellent.
I would highly recommend River Homes - they give letting agents a good name!

Comment on agent fees
Nobody likes paying letting agency fees, but at least with River Homes I could see what the fees were actually for. They were comparable with other agents who provided less for the same outlay.
