I am delighted to write this review on behalf of 1Let, a team we have been involved with for around 7 years. Apart from the advice they gave us for the purchase of our property the manner in which they have conducted business has been of the highest standard. The polite and professional manner in which they have dealt with us and any requests we may have presented to them has been reassuring. Nothing has been too much trouble. They have looked after our property so carefully, advising us of any matter that needed attention and providing qualified professionals to carry out the necessary work. Each year the procuring of the HMO Licence and the regular checks on the gas and electricity were conducted successfully by them at my request. They have treated the tenants courteously and at the same time have been firm when it was necessary, protecting the interests of all involved. For the peace of mind they have given us we are extremely grateful and the return we have been able to achieve on the property, following their sound advice, has been excellent. I have no hesitation at all in recommending this Team at 1Let to any Landlord/Landlady or potential tenant.
Comment on agent fees
I have been more than happy with the fees of 1LET. The service I have received more than matches the fees they have set. I can get a consultation so easily and that in itself is worth anything they charge.

From the advice we gave to you with regards to purchasing an investment property, to the on-going management. As a lettings agency who works hard to ensure the interests of both tenants and landlords are looked after it's great this is something you have pointed out. And now as an agency who offers tailored investment sales, we've been able to advise you and manage your property to now being able to have sold it for a price all are delighted with to another landlord.
