These agents valued the house, had professional photos taken and had an advertisement on their site very quickly. They kept me up to date with who was viewing and what the feed back was. They explained that one hopeful buyer was going to take time to sell their existing house.
Once we had a committed buyer, they suggested a solicitor who was a specialist conveyor. They also checked that the buyer was likely to be able to provide the finance needed and explained the situation to me.
The sale went through with no problems.
