Phillip is an extremely professional agent who went above and beyond what I would expect to help us find the right property at the right price..
He also managed a difficult/stressful transition from a previous tenant that was out of the agencies control to ensure we were kept informed right up to the moment we moved in. On occasions working well after office hours.
Being new to the area Phillip had wonderful local knowledge and really helped us to feel like Chiswick was the place for us to bring a new family. Without this knowledge we would have not had the confidence we were making the right decision.
I would highly recommend Phillip if you are a tenant or a Landlord. He has by far exceeded my expectations.
Having owned several rental properties in the past I wish we had the same service available to me at the time.
