As a first-time tenant to Huddersfield I was thrilled with how friendly and professional Michelle Silvester made it easy to access and complete the application forms for 12 Winsor Road. Within two weeks we was in the house that was perfect for us. I wasn't sure we had a chance as we had pinned our hopes on this property but Michelle told us not to worry and was extremely caring and friendly. We talked through what we would need and I could not believe how fast this process was. She kept us up to date on everything and had excellent communication skills.
Michelle is responsive, professional, caring, smart, and has kept in touch after the signing of the contract to make sure everything is going well. That says a lot about the kind of person she is -- she's about finding the right fit for the tenant and landlord, not just making a sale and moving on.
I highly recommend calling Michelle if you're looking for someone to help guide you through the process, address your concerns, I feel really welcome to Huddersfield and have had such a smooth move. She is by far the best agent I have ever dealt with.
