I am an overseas landlord (ex-pat) who sold a house through Bradleys. Robin helped coordinate the redecoration and sale of the property with the assistance of Cathy Nickels. I found Robin and Cathy to be honest, hard working, easy to contact via phone and email and with good knowledge of the local market. Robins' valuation was close to the mark and I probably should have heeded other advice he gave me. Cathy also gave good advice and presented me options when, through no fault of theirs, the sale appeared to be falling through. Would use them again.

Cheap compared with New Zealand agent prices. Count your blessings.

Complaints Procedure
