Complete con men! Never meet a bigger bunch of useless, ignorant, f##kers in all my life. Moved into a dump of a house in dunluce ave a year ago. We were stuck and hadda go somehere. We had to clean it from top to bottom before we moved in.
All year we recieved rude emails from them treating us like idiot students that werent fit to rent on our own. Do you know how easy it would be to set up two databases of emails one fore students nd one for young professionals??
The damp in the flat was so bad we called enviromental health to inveatigat their excuse 'well you students have been home allwinter and didnt leave you heating on' such a stupid bitch works in their office we were there all winter!!
Before going on hols in feb my mum called in a panic as lairds contacted her to say my rent hadn't been paid. The rent was paid and they had stupidly got mixed up qith another tenant at a different address!! Idiots causing my mother so much worry!
One yr one we moved out and omce again scrubbed the flat from top to bottom 10 times cleaner than how we found it and theyve charged us 25quid for cleaning. Complete pack of good for nothings!!
Basically they are a joke of a company and should be avoided at all costs.
