We recently completed on the purchase of an apartment in Exeter through Bradleys. As we live in Singapore and have been out of the UK property market for 7 years we needed lots of guidance and support. We were extremely lucky to make contact with Cathy Nickels of Bradleys. As you can imagine buying a property from several thousand miles away has it's complications. Additionally the property we selected was a repossesion which lead to further complications during the purchasing process. Cathy was outstanding and whilst professionally acting for the seller provided excellent feedback and information on the status of events at all times. It was like having a real friend at court, Cathy's information always proving to be reliable. There was an additional complication with the local Exeter council and the reply to the solicitors search request. We were told a number of different things by different people, but it was Cathy who was proved correct in terms of where the council were actually up to in dealing with the numerous searches requests. Myles Gordon was also extremely helpful and professional on mortgage and finacial advice, and a big thank you to Kevyn for showing us around. It is a real team effort at Bradleys, and we will not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!!
