This company are daylight robbers. They can't be trusted. They will do everything to get out of paying back a bond. The companies they use to clean charge extortionate prices for cleaning a fridge. I wouldn't ever use these again....

I first let the properly 4 years ago but remember that the fees were nearly double that of competitors. Fee to renew the property also seemed high considering we sent back our signed agreements and never got copies back that were signed by the landlord.
