Do not go with this letting agency, unless you have money to burn. They are only interested in money, they don't accept or admit when they are wrong and will only return any money they owe you if you take them to court. And I had a response off them once saying they will be out of the office for 3 to 4 weeks. (Spending the admin fees in the Seychelles I'd assume)...

Very poor service. I would avoid them at all costs. They do not respond to emails. I have a tenant who moved out not paying the last months rent and they have yet to release the tenant's deposit. I had to contact them before they revealed that the tenant has left the country and will not be paying the arrears. Even after agreeing to absorb the costs of cleaning the property they have not released the deposit. I would absolutely not recommend them....

Would like to add my experience of Countrywide. As a landlord, the tenant left without paying the final month of rent. This was ONE YEAR ago. No response from the 'property manager', always I am the one to send an email asking for an update, to receive a single line response. Am currently trying to bypass them and contact the Deposits protection scheme directly. All of the payments for 'management' of the property seem wasted when there is no assistance when I really need them....

The worst agency. Since June 2015 waiting for them to remove damp in house. they even don't reply emails and by phone just keep promising somebody to come. This week manager Kyle Hodge send me guys to home to fix some issues but instead to do their job they disrespect me, swear on me and gone. Disgusting company branch run by an incompetent manager. The reviews for this company speak for themselves. The staff are rude, do not return calls, ignore emails and are never in the office, probably out of fear from having to deal with angry tenants and landlords. Service received by these agents was completely lacking. The so-called 'Customer Service Manager' will only reply to 1 in 10 emails, and does not provide any help. Moved out over a month ago and still waiting for my deposit back, Countrywide has called my land lady and she is happy to release all of my deposit back. Which is good to hear. Countrywide even said I'll get it back with in 3-5 days after 2.5 weeks, it's now 9 days since then. In total its 33 days and counting. Going to have to call every day just to make sure I'm not forgotten about. But seriously why is it so hard and take soooooo long to get back my deposit when everything is ok....
