Avoid Avoid Avoid.
Staff are rude, unhelpful and incompetent.
Do not use this agent.
Repairs are not dealt with quickly and they give you no notice what so ever.... read full review

We rented a property via Countrywide Residential Lettings, they staff were not very helpful with problems and this was a managed flat!!
Came to leaving and their claimed to have an independant inventory done however very dodgy, also took them 3 weeks to return deposit.

can i ask how they they are involved in the dispute committee? it's a long time ago and am wondering if they have changed at all!! im about to dispute getting diposit back!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
