Extremely high fees and as soon as you are a tenant with them and they can't squeeze any more money out of you they couldn't care less. Nothing will get fixed, no one will call you back, and if you ever get hold of someone they will be rude.

Bad. After 6 month contract was up they wrote to say 'good news' you can stay another 6 months for ƒâ€š‚£xxx as an arrangement fee. There is no arranging involved, it is a rolling contract. They will try it on.

Agents fees are disgusting. They chase them even when they've list you money, failed to sell your property and are very difficult to deal with (until they want money). Daylight robbery. Would you pay for shopping twice? No

Had no idea about fees until i got a letter through the door.Since i paid for the boiler and the fence to be repaired. Apparently the boiler was too old to fix? I got someone who fixed it in less than an hour.
