Interestingly enough as a landlord I have had similar issues from the other side where it's been suggested that to replace a lightbulb I would have to pay more than £100. Needless to say I did it myself at considerably reduced cost! I am not aware of the tenant being deducted for a similarly extortionate amount. This agent is only interested in looking after themselves. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
This Agent's Fees are ridiculous. They claim they can justify every single on them, which I am sure they can. But I could come up with fees and justify them too. What about ‚£25 for the hassle of setting up a direct debit? Or how about ‚£15 for every time we had to waste our time with them on the phone or in person?

We are sorry to learn you feel unhappy with elements of the service you have received from our East Oxford office. Our landlord clients will inform us when they wish to serve notice on tenants; we marketed the property as a short-term let, and, as such, the landlord may require the property back at short notice. What agent could do to change your mind?
They gave me the wrong information, I should pay for an satisfying service although I was unsatisfied with situations from the beginning. I will pay the check out fees as I am aware that agency is charging these and I will not hesitate to pay them straight away after the situation has been resolved.

What agent could do to change your mind?
As soon as he got his commission we never heard from him again. There was so much work that needed to be done and he assured us that he would help to push this forward. We haven't heard from him since getting the keys. Absolutely useless.

The admin fees are ‚£170 per person in a shared house, ‚£30 each for a check in and then another ‚£30 for check out, ‚£750 deposit each in a 5 bed house. They will try and rinse you.
