I completely agree with the tenant above. My goodness, we have been trying for the past 11 weeks to get our deposit refunded back to us by Chancellors & our Landlady. As with the tenant above, we left the house in a far better state than when we moved in. Even the Check Out Contractor commented & thanked us, so we were extremely intrigued & confused when we were told that we needed to pay for grass to be replanted on a 'muddy patch' in front of the property, that is actually allocated as parking ...

Yes they are very good on sowing the properties but? we did rent two properties from this agency (a family of 4) it is the worst experience ever:( pay a fee for what? we did give a second opportunity (only because the property was managed by them) it just re-confirm the luck of professionalism when inside the property it was completely dirty although they confirm it would have been cleaned and emptied, the same thing happen to the first property :( when confronted the money was gone and a apol ...
