What agent could do to change your mind?
The Property company need to get some manners and earn their inflated agent fees by attending to helath and safety concerns raised by tenants. The agression of landlords is unacceptable and many of their actions unlawful.

She is no professional. Reads email one week later, replies twice to the same email because she forgets she has already replied. Very rude over the phone/email and in person.
