What agent could do to change your mind?
Better communication and competence. There was misguiding information and they did not do the reference checks correctly. This should be something that they do on a regular basis and so should do efficiently.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agents mentioned could have been more professional in the way they carried out things. Also, when told about what is wrong, they were told what needed to be done. I still have not obtained the remains of the deposit. Andrew told me contacted the tenants but they have not replied. He seems to have left it at that. He needs to learn some manners. You do not constant interrupt someone when they are talking to you. I also don't like being lied to. If you have lost various documents you should come clean. The inventory was supposed to have been redone by the inventory clerk. There no additional photos - merely a few amendments mentioning that there is a porch and two cellar rooms - except they cannot spell cellar.

Besides the 10% fees charged which were agreed on, an amount was retained from the first months rent for no good reason. Also, considering the poor service I have received I don't think they deserve the fees. The other thing that really annoys me is the fact that they had the temerity to take fees out of my last months rent even though they did not collect it because the previous tenant did not pay the last months rent. Instead this came from the deposit. Considering that quite a bit of damage had been done to the house, I was hoping to use this money to rectify it.
