Fees are just there, that's a fact. An agent can't do miracles, but can indeed be transparent and most of all very precise about every entry of the fees list. Billie did that very carefully and timely, and we are glad that she did.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should have done their job. Not been Defensive when questioned about poor service. We just wanted solutions to concerns and issues at our property, not an argument. Learn customer service skills
