The staff (apart from Danielle) are ridiculously rude. James in particular is nasty piece of work, he literally speaks to you as if you're dirt on the bottom of his shoe. Do not give them your custom, they don't deserve to work in the industry....

It was £75 for agent's fees and they failed to include one of the tenants in the emails about the property (even though the email address was provided in the same manor as the others).
