They never invite you to the inventory before or after moving in.
Emailed them with issues they missed out on their inventory like hole in walls and they said not to worry as it wouldn't affect my deposit.

Don't bother. If you do for some reason, expect awful communication, poor maintenance and very little concern for their tenants. I can give a nonsensical amount of examples for each of these. They'll also never claim responsibility for any of this....
